This poster has been designed by the Pediatric Complementary and Alternative Medicine Network (PedCAM) and the Complementary and Alternative Research and Education program (CARE) at the University of Alberta, and endorsed by the Canadian Paediatric Society (CPS) and American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), which is funded by Sick Kids Foundation.

It is part of an initiative to encourage parents to discuss their use of complementary medicines for their children with their doctors and other health care practitioners; ensuring that they can be used safely. We are supporting this intitiative as its aim is to distribute the poster as widely as possible to:
